Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused filter or system in its original packaging, including all components and the printed RMA form.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
